Software Developers — Medical Services Platform
About this opportunity
We are building a medical services platform that includes mobile applications for iOS and Android, web-based dashboards, and a shared backend API. The system is Arabic-first with full RTL support, designed to work in low-connectivity environments with offline capabilities. We are looking for 2–3 developers to form the core development team. You do not need to cover the entire stack. We are looking for strong skills in one or more of the following areas, and we will assemble the team based on the best combination of candidates.
Mobile
Flutter/Dart development for iOS and Android. Offline-first architecture, push notifications, accessible UI with large touch targets, Arabic/RTL layouts, and state management using Riverpod, Bloc, or Provider.
Backend
NestJS with TypeScript. RESTful API design, PostgreSQL with Prisma ORM, Redis for caching and pub/sub, WebSocket real-time communication, JWT-based authentication, and role-based access control.
Frontend
Next.js with React and TypeScript. Real-time dashboards with data visualization, Arabic/RTL responsive design, WebSocket client integration, and complex state management.
What we expect
Candidates should be comfortable working in a small team where each person owns a significant portion of the system. Experience shipping production applications is expected.
